ABOUT SIDNEY SLADEN

Fashion designer who has created costumes for a number of popular Indian films, including Five Star (2002), Chandramukhi (2005) and Silambattam (2008). In addition to his film work, he has had his clothing featured at events like Chennai International Fashion Week.

He moved from Kenya to Chennai, India when he was 8 years old. He began designing doll costumes at age 12.

He is the founder of the Sidney Sladen Boutique, which opened its first location in Chennai.

He has a sister.

He has been a close personal friend of actress Trisha Krishnan .
