ABOUT SHIRLEY CRABTREE
Professional wrestler whose 64-inch chest earned him a place in the Guinness Book of World Records. He was a British Heavyweight Champion and a two-time European Heavyweight Champion in the British Wrestling Federation.
He worked as a coal miner and played rugby for Bradford Northern.
He was the inspiration for the 80's comic book "Buster."
His father, Shirley Crabtree, Sr., was also a professional wrestler. He had six children with his wife, Eunice.
He famously feuded with Dave Finlay in the 80's.
