Known as a cover model for Front, a popular United Kingdom men's magazine, she was also photographed for Zoo, the Daily Star, and Maxim. During her modeling career, she maintained a popular MySpace blog titled "Accidental Glamour Model."
She began modeling as a means of alleviating the debt she incurred as a result of her studies at the University of London's Goldsmiths College.
She was featured in a 2007 episode of a British documentary series called My Crazy Media Life.
She and her brother grew up in a rural area of North Wales; her friends and family called her by the nickname of "Haf."
She and beauty pageant winner and fellow model Claire Evans were both born in the 1980s in Wales.
