Her videos include detailed product reviews, facial treatments and DIY self-care. She has amassed more than 220,000 subscribers on her Serein Wu channel.

She joined YouTube in January 2013.

She shared her experience with anxiety and postpartum depression. She filmed a video showing what she eats in a week as a certified nutritionist. One of her most viewed videos features a three-hour calming, deep sleep and relaxation ASMR whisper facial. During the summer of 2022, she posted a vlog to YouTube of her donating a ton of her makeup products, as a way to declutter.

She has a daughter named Lillian. She shared videos of her first pregnancy, labor and delivery on her second channel named Serein Wu Ledford.
