ABOUT SEBASTIAN JOSEPH-DAY

Professional defensive lineman that was originally taken by the Los Angeles Rams as a sixth round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. He later signed a multi-year deal with the Los Angeles Chargers in March 2022.

Prior to being drafted, he played college football at Rutgers University . Where there, he was a three-time member of the All-Big Ten Academic team.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Carolina Panthers during week one of the 2019 regular season. He recorded 25 tackles in sixteen games played during his rookie season with the Chargers.

Growing up, he lived with his family in the Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania area. He married Rachel Joseph on July 2, 2022. In March 2023, they announced they were expecting their first child together. On June 15, 2023, they welcomed their son Lennix.
