ABOUT SCOTT DANIEL RICHMOND

Former MLB starting pitcher who pitched primarily in the Toronto Blue Jays and Texas Rangers organizations during his career. He also played baseball professionally in China, Italy, Canada, and South Korea. He also played for the Canadian men's national team during the World Baseball Classic as well as the Pan American games.

Prior to his professional career, he played college baseball at Missouri Valley College. He later transferred to Bossier Parish Community College and then Oklahoma State University .

He made his official MLB debut while pitching against the Tampa Bay Rays on July 30, 2008. Unfortunately, he lost his debut by a score of 3-2.

He lives along with his wife and their three children in the Gilbert, Arizona area. He is a native of Vancouver, Canada.

He once played alongside Vernon Wells as a member of the Blue Jays during his MLB career.
