ABOUT SAWYER HARTMAN

Filmmaker and internet sensation known for his short films, Thru My Eyes videos, and video challenges that he posts primarily to his YouTube channel, which has amassed over 1.8 million subscribers. He uploaded his short film Welcome to Tokyo in 2014. He has categorized his career as "something between a Camera Guru & a Life Coach."

He found his passion for entertaining at a very young age. He would eventually drop out of college at the age of 18 to pursue his dream of becoming an actor.

In one edition of his popular video series Ask Sawyer, he collaborated with Tyler Oakley in a video titled "Drunk Spelling Bee." He also started his own company, The Camera Collective, which sells merchandise, camera classes and camera equipment.

He was very close with his grandmother and mother growing up in Atlanta. He'd later move to Florida before heading West to Los Angeles. He began dating movie actress Angelique Cooper . They got married in March 2023.

He's lived with fellow YouTuber Joey Graceffa .
