ABOUT SAM DEXTER

Professional middle infielder and athlete that was originally taken by the Chicago White Sox as the 23rd round pick in the 2016 MLB draft. Prior to being drafted, he played college baseball at the University of Southern Maine. He stands 5'11" tall and weighs about 185 pounds.

He initially began his professional baseball career with the Great Falls Voyagers. A few weeks later, he was then promoted to the AZL White Sox.

As a senior at Southern Maine, he became just the second player ever in NCAA Division III history record over 300 collegiate hits. He is also Southern Maine's all-time leader in career hits. As a senior, he was named a Division III All-American.

He was born and raised in Oakland, Maine.
