Welsh journalist and broadcaster who first became known penning for style magazines like Elle, Glamour, and Cosmopolitan. She then went on to present on numerous shows and radio programs. She also has a YouTube channel salihughesbeauty.

She began her career as an assistant makeup artist, working with stars like Belinda Carlisle and George Michael .

In 2014, she released her first book Pretty Honest: The Straight-Talking Beauty Companion and followed up in 2016 with Pretty Iconic.

The Welsh native later lived in London.

Her YouTube series "In the Bathroom With..." has played host to guests like Ruth Crilly and Pearl Lowe .
