ABOUT SAEED ANWAR
Pakistani former batsman who represented his country in three Cricket World Cups. In One Day Internationals, he recorded twenty centuries by the end of his career, the most of any Pakistani batsman ever.
He made his ODI debut for Pakistan against West Indies in January 1989.
His most famous moment came against India in 1997, where he scored 194 runs, the most in ODI history at the time.
His daughter, Bismah, tragically died in 2001.
He played alongside Pakistani team captain Waqar Younis at the 2003 Cricket World Cup.
