French actress of Algerian descent best known internationally for her performance as Frida in Games of Love and Chance and as Charlotte Ben Smires in Netflix's rom-com series The Hook Up Plan. She has 500,000 followers on Instagram.

In 2002, her mother took her to a casting director for children. She ended up landing a role in Games of Love and Chance. As a child, she participated in ballet, rock climbing, roller hockey, basketball, canoeing, and even rugby.

For her role in Kung-Fu Zohra by Mabrouk El Mechri , she trained in taolu, a variant of kung-fu, for eight hours a day, five days a week.

She was born and grew up in Seine-Saint-Denis, in the commune of La Courneuve. She is one of four children of Algerian parents from the city of Sidi Bel Abbes. She has a "Y" tattoo on her arm, in memory of her fiancé Yasmine Belmadi, who died by suicide in 2009.

She costarred in Open at Night with Audrey Tautou , The Squad with Jean Reno , and The Past, with Tahar Rahim and Berenice Bejo .
