ABOUT RYAN RITTER

MLB shortstop and middle infielder that was taken by the Colorado Rockies as a fourth round pick in the 2022 MLB Draft. Just a few years later, he was named a Top 100 prospect in the Rockies farm system. Prior to being drafted, he played college baseball at the University of Kentucky .

He initially began his collegiate baseball career at John A. Logan Community College. After one season, he then transferred to Kentucky.

He made his official MLB debut while playing against the New York Mets . Unfortunately, he lost his debut match by a score of 4-2.

Growing up, he lived with his family in the state of Illinois. He is one of seven siblings.

He collected his first major league hit while facing Kodai Senga .
