Ryan Brasier

ABOUT RYAN BRASIER

Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels during the sixth round of the 2007 MLB Draft. He later signed with the Oakland Athletics in July 2015. He was a member of the 2018 Boston Red Sox team that won the World Series.

Prior to his professional career, he graduated from Rider High School in Wichita Falls, Texas. He later enrolled into the Weatherford Community College.

He made his official major league debut pitching against the Baltimore Orioles on May 2, 2013 as a member of the Angels. He only pitched one inning in his debut. Fans can find him on Instagram under the handle ryan_brasier, and he uses the platform to share some of his life moments.

He lives along with his wife, Shaina, and their two children. He is a native of Wichita Falls, Texas.

He played alongside Rich Hill and Michael Wacha as a member of the Red Sox during the 2022 MLB season.
