ABOUT RV MANABAT

Philippine chef, restaurateur, culinary teacher, and award-winning cookbook author. He creates free recipe video tutorials and vlogs for his 2.1 million subscribers on YouTube. He runs a boutique baking and culinary school, as well as Chef RV Café and Restaurant in Biñan City.

He graduated at the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and started his teaching career there in 2013. He also obtained a post-graduate degree in Food, Wine, and Cheese Studies from Boston University.

He was trained by one of the country's finest pastry chefs, Chef Joey Prats. He holds Asian cuisine specialty certificate courses in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and South Korea.

He travels all over the world with his family and has two dogs named Bambi and Kiara.
