Fullback who played for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1980-1983.

He played college football at the University of Michigan, where he was a captain and a first-team All-Big Ten selection.

He helped lead Michigan to three Big Ten Conference Championships.

He was born in Millen, Georgia.

At Michigan he was coached by legend Bo Schembechler .
