Jamaican athlete, runner, online content creator, social media personality, and Instagram star who competed in both the 2012 Olympic Games and the 2016 Olympic Games. Over the course of his career, he specialized in the 400m hurdles.
He received his associate's degree in Health and Wellness from Lincoln University. He subsequently obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise from Saint Augustine's University.
