ABOUT RONNIE BLAKEY
Sports journalist who is known for covering professional surfing events. He worked as an editor for Waves magazine and has been published in a number of other magazines such as Surfer, TransworldSurf, and Zig Zag.
He landed his first journalism gig in 1997.
He was a commentator during the 2016 J-Bay Open event.
He and his wife Jamie Blakey have three children.
In 2017, he was interviewed by pro surfer Jack Freestone .
