ABOUT RODRIGO ALVAREZ

Journalist who became a correspondent for TV Globo in the Middle East, based in Jerusalem in 2013.

He started playing drums when he was 10 years old. He won the award for Best Musician at the Colégio Santo Agostinho festival at 15.

He was a member of Rede Globo from 1996 to 1999. His first book, Obama's Country, was published in 2009.

He was pictured with his dog on Instagram in France in April 2018.

One of his first interviews was with former President of Cuba Fidel Castro .
