ABOUT ROBERT MCDOWELL
Lead guitarist, keyboardist and backing vocalist who rose to indie rock stardom as a member of the band Manchester Orchestra. He also makes solo music under the name Gobotron, releasing his debut On Your Mark, Get Set... in 2010.
He grew up in Atlanta, Georgia.
He co-wrote and performed the music for the film Swiss Army Man (2016).
He got married in 2013.
He and his band joined My Chemical Romance , led by Gerard Way , on the Honda Civic Tour in 2011.
