NFL coach who led the Cleveland Browns in 2013 then became an assistant on the Indianapolis Colts in 2014.
He played tight end at the University of Miami where he won National Championships in 1987 and 1989.
He served as offensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers and Cleveland Browns before becoming a head coach.
He has two sons, Kaelan and Rian, with his wife Sheila.
He coached tight end Jeremy Shockey at Miami.
