Movie actor, entertainer, performer, and artist who is best known for his roles in the movies About Time , Judy, and Les Misérables . He also appeared in the television series Doctors, Small Axe, and Silent Witness.

He was a former teacher who once taught in an inner-London secondary school.

He played Marmaduke Hussey in the fifth season of The Crown . Much of Cordery's acting career has been in theatre. His body of work includes many Shakespeare performances, such as the tragedy Romeo and Juliet (1997),[4] the trilogy Henry VI (2000), the drama Richard III (2001), the tragedy Macbeth (2004), and the comedy The Winter's Tale.

He and his wife have three daughters.

He starred alongside Domhnall Gleeson and Rachel McAdams in the film About Time.
