He won a football scholarship to play for Boise State's Division 1 team, but decided not to pursue a career in professional football after graduation.

He also operates an eponymous YouTube channel that has over 30,000 subscribers which have won him more than 67 million views.

He's been based in Berkley, California.

He collaborated with Nef the Pharaoh on a 2016 single called "Moxie Java" that would later go on to appear on his first full-length album Father Figure.
