ABOUT REISS KNEHR

Professional pitcher that was drafted by the San Diego Padres during the 20th round of the 2018 MLB Draft. He began his professional career playing for the Dodgers' rookie affiliate team the AZL Dodgers.

Prior to being drafted, he attended Fordham University where he finished tied for second place on his school's career strikeouts list with 218.

He made his major league debut pitching against the Colorado Rockies on July 9, 2021.

He is a native of Manhasset, New York.

He recorded his first career major league hit facing Raimel Tapia .
