ABOUT REINALDO RUEDA RIVERA
Soccer manager who has served as the manager of several South American national teams, including Colombia, Ecuador and Chile. Additionally, he has managed such clubs as Atlético Nacional, Flamengo and Deportivo Cali.
He earned a degree in physical education from German Sport University Cologne. He had a brief playing career before making his managerial debut with Cortuluá in 1994.
He was named 2016's South American Coach of the Year while coaching Atlético Nacional.
He has children named Alejandra, Juan and Carolina.
He and Jose Pekerman have both managed the Colombian national team.
