ABOUT REFIKA BIRGüL
Turkish YouTuber, television host and chef who is best known for her YouTube channels, Refika'nın Mutfağı and Refika's Kitchen. She also was the host of the TV show Mucize Lezzetler on NTV Türkiye. Also a food writer, her book, "Refika'nın Mutfağı/Cooking New Istanbul Style" took part in the Destination Istanbul exhibition organized by MOMA.
She got her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Koç University. She then went on to receive her leadership training at London Business School. She served as a senior manager at Private Dogan Hospital for 6 years.
She has earned over 1.6 million followers on her refikabirgul Instagram account.
She was born in Istanbul into a large family of medical professionals. Her mother is a Turkish Cypriot who is a native of Cyprus, and her father is a native of Nevşehir. Her brother has appeared on her Instagram account.
