ABOUT REESE OLSON

Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers during the 13th round of the 2018 Major League Draft. He was later acquired by the Detroit Tigers via trade in July 2021.

He first began his professional career playing for the AZL Brewers. He pitched in four games with the team before being promoted.

He recorded a career-high 168 strikeouts during the 2022 minor league season. He was named the ninth best MLB prospect in the Tigers' farm system following the 2022 regular season.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Gainesville, Georgia.

He was once packaged in a trade that also involved Daniel Norris .
