ABOUT RAVI SHASTRI
Champion of Champions in the World Championship of Cricket in Australia in 1985, he led Bombay to a Ranji Trophy title in 1984-85.
He attended and played at Don Bosco, where he led the school to their first-ever Giles Shiled title in 1977.
He tied a record when he hit six sixes in an over in first-class cricket in the 1985 season.
He married Ritu Singh in 1990 and he has a daughter named Aleka.
His Bombay team beat Chetan Chauhan and the Delhi team in the 1984-85 Ranji Trophy final.
