Lebanese-American journalist who is best recognized for her politically charged writings often for progressive and left-wing press outlets. She has been published in several major publications such as The Nation, Vice, The Intercept, and Salon.
She first started her career as a journalist in 2011 for AlterNet writing about the Israel-Palestine conflict as well as the Israeli occupation of the West Bank. She gained further attention attention when she started contributing to Truthout from 2012 until 2014.
She is also known for co-hosting her own podcast show called Unauthorized Disclosure.
She was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon.
She is also known for her television appearances and discussed politics on both the Sam Seder show and the Jimmy Dore show.
