Professional outfielder that was signed by the Colorado Rockies as an international free agent in 2010. During the 2020 MLB regular season, he recorded a .321 batting average which ranked seventh in the National League.

He began his professional career playing for the Rockies' rookie affiliate team the Grand Junction Rockies.

He made his major league debut playing against the Arizona Diamondbacks on September 2, 2016.

He is a native of San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. He is one of seven siblings.

He recorded his first career major league home run facing Robbie Ray .
