ABOUT RAGAA AL GEDDAWY
Egyptian actress and model who was widely known for her work in film and television. She appeared in films including A Dinner Date (1981), Fi alhayat hob akhar (1997), Enta omry (2004), The Player (2012), and Hamlat Feraizar (2016). She had a prominent role as Enayat Hanit on the 2016 show Grand Hotel, and she played ZouZou on the 2017 series Halawet El Donia: Life is Beautiful.
She made her acting debut in 1959 with a role in the film Doa al karawan.
Her acting career spanned six decades, and she has over 90 film credits to her name. In 1958, she was named Miss Egypt; this began the start of her modeling career.
She was married to Hassan Mokhtar, and the couple had one child. Her aunt, Taheyya Kariokka, was a bellydancer and actress.
Shadia appeared alongside her in the 1967 film Karamat Zawgaty.
