ABOUT RACHEL MCLISH
Bodybuilder who was a two-time Ms. Olympia champion, in 1980 and 1982; inducted into the IFBB Hall of Fame in 1999.
She went to school at Pan American University, where her interest in bodybuilding began.
After her bodybuilding career she began writing books on training for females, and found herself on the New York Times Bestseller list.
Her first husband was her college boyfriend, John McLish; her second husband was producer Ron Samuels.
She appeared in Herb Alpert 's music video for the song Red Hot.
