Chef who has a popular Instagram account prrrunch, which has garnered 250,000 followers. He has often posted videos in which he makes vegan dishes. Some of these dishes have included Chili Oil Pasta, a Tofu Katsu Curry Sandwich, Scissor-Cut Tofu Noodles, and Thai Red Curry Roasted Potatoes. He has also documented his travels and food experience across the globe. He has publicly spoken about his journey to veganism.

He studied Performance Design at the University of Melbourne . In October 2022, he obtained his Plant-Based Culinary Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu London.

He can speak Hindi, Gujarati, and English. During the 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference, he ran his vegan food truck known as prunch, and led cooking workshops at the Expo Farm.

He was born in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He has Indian heritage.

In September 2024, he posted an Instagram video in which he makes Smashed Aloo Tikki Tacos, and the video features the song "Bora Bora" by AP Dhillon ft. Ayra Starr .
