ABOUT PIERRE MARCOLINI
World renowned chocolatier with over 30 international shops. He won the World Pastry Chef in 1995, and opened his first shop the same year. He has since collaborated with a range of brands like Nestle, fashion label Kitsuné, and stylist Olympia Le-Tan.
He studied at the prestigious food research and education center CERIA in Brussels.
In 2013, he became a judge on the culinary reality show Who Will Be The Next Great Pastrymaker?
He has one brother.
Pâtissier Gaston Lenotre is one of his mentors.
