ABOUT PHIL PFISTER
American strongman competitor who won the 2006 Met-Rx World's Strongest Man competition, which awarded him with $41,000.
He first competed in the Met-Rx World's Strongest Man competition in 1998 and came into fourth place.
He has also worked as a firefighter in West Virginia and has a small role in the 2005 film The Protector.
He was born to his family in Duluth, Minnesota and grew up there before moving to West Virginia.
He appeared on the competition show Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader? hosted by Jeff Foxworthy in April, 2008.
