ABOUT PETER MCCOLGAN
Steeplechaser who has held Northern Ireland's 3000 meter indoor record.
He won a bronze medal at the 1986 NCAA Championships in the 3000 meter event.
He has competed in the World Championships and the Commonwealth Games.
He was married to Liz McColgan from 1987 until 2013. He has five children.
His daughter is Eilish McColgan , an Olympic steeplechaser who also competes in the 3000 meter steeplechase.
