ABOUT PEPI SONUGA

Nigerian-American actress most notable for her roles as Tangey Turner in Famous In Love and Sally Benton on The Fosters. She also played Taylor DuBois on General Hospital and had a role on Mortal Combat X: Generations.

She moved to Los Angeles when she was 10 and was named Miss Teen Los Angeles at the age of 15.

After her pageant win, she spent time working as a model. After appearing in a short film in 2009, her acting career started in earnest with a role in the 2013 movie Life of a King.

She grew up in Lagos, Nigeria before moving to the United States. Sonuga was born to a Yoruba father and an Igbo mother.

She appeared alongside Teri Polo on The Fosters.
