Professional pitcher that was signed by the Washington Nationals as an international free agent in 2014. He was acquired by the San Diego Padres via trade in December 2016.

He began his professional career playing for the Nationals' rookie affiliate team the DSL Nationals.

He made his major league debut pitching against the Arizona Diamondbacks on April 11, 2019 as a member of the Padres.

He is a native of Caracas, Venezuela.
