ABOUT PATRíCIO FREIRE
He made his professional debut on March 9, 2004, and did not lose a match until June 24, 2010; he was named a First Team MMA All-Star by Bleacher Report in 2011.
He had a successful amateur career in Brazil, as well as a professional career there before he made his American debut in 2010.
He won the Bellator Featherweight Tournament in season 4, and again in season 9.
His older brother, Patricky Freire, became a professional MMA fighter as well.
His first loss came at the hands of Joe Warren on June 24, 2010.
