TV actress best known for her role on the Showtime series Shameless . She played Franny, the daughter of Debbie Gallagher and granddaughter of Frank Gallagher. She has appeared in more than 30 episodes of television throughout her developing career.

She auditioned for the part at the age of 3, taking over for the previous actress Presley Schraer. She joined in season 9 and continued through the final season 11.

Her older brother is an actor named Gracen Newton, who starred in Disney's Puppy Dog Pals and NBC's Will & Grace .
