Series regular since season two of the BAFTA award-winning reality series Made in Chelsea . He is an entrepreneur of many businesses including BOL foods, Four Fox Saké, Proudlock Style, CASA PROUDLOCK, Quatre Vin, and Serge DeNimes.

He was educated at Eton College and earned a Fine Art degree from Newcastle University.

He created the fashion label Serge DeNimes and has a blog called Proudlock Style. he designed shoes for the brand Oliver Sweeney.

His mother Lena Proudlock has also worked in fashion. He previously dated Lucy Watson in 2014. He then dated model Emma Louise Connolly . They secretly tied the knot in 2020. They have a daughter named Bonnie. In May 2025, they welcomed their son, Levi Fox.

He is friends with Made in Chelsea co-star Jamie Laing .
