ABOUT OGBONNIA OKORONKWO

NFL defensive end that was selected by the Los Angeles Rams as a fifth round pick in the 2018 Draft. He was later signed by the Houston Texans in March 2022.

Prior to being drafted, he played college football at the University of Oklahoma . Following his 2017 season, he was named the Big 12 Co-Defensive Player of the Year.

He was a member of the 2022 Los Angeles Rams team that won Super Bowl LVI. He and his team defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 23-20. The Cleveland Browns signed him to a three-year contract in 2023. He produced five sacks for the Houston Texans in 2022.

Although he was born in Gainesville, Florida, he grew up living with his family in Houston, Texas. He was born of Nigerian descent.

He played alongside Matthew Stafford and Jalen Ramsey during Super Bowl LVI.
