Drag performer and dressmaker who won season 16 of RuPaul's Drag Race in 2024. She was the first Taiwanese American queen. She was known for her love of the color yellow. She has garnered more than 650,000 followers on her 66wind99 Instagram account.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in fashion atelier from the University for the Creative Arts in Rochester, England.

In 2018, she started performing drag in Taipei. She was inspired by K-pop groups. On Drag Race, she performed a traditional Asian sleeve dance for a talent show.

She has Taiwanese heritage. Her grand-uncle is Taiwanese historian Ts'ao Yung-ho.

She joined previous Drag Race winners including Sasha Colby and Raja Gemini.
