ABOUT NISAR ALI KHAN

After serving as Pakistani Leader of the Opposition, this Pakistan Muslim League-
Nawaz Party politician was appointed Minister of the Interior.

Before beginning his political career, he graduated from Army Burn Hall College in Abbottabad, Pakistan.

While serving in the Pakistani National Assembly, he held the offices of Federal Minister of Food, Agriculture, and Livestock and Federal Minister of Petroleum and Natural Resources.

He and his four older siblings grew up as members of a Muslim Rajput ethnic group known as the Alpials.

He and Rehman Malik both held office as Interior Minister of Pakistan.
