Professional pitcher that was drafted by the Washington Nationals during the fourth round of the 2013 MLB Draft. In August 2020, he was traded to the Boston Red Sox .

He attended Lambrick Park Secondary School before enrolling in New Mexico Junior College.

He made his major league debut playing against the Los Angeles Dodgers on April 30, 2017 as a member of the Philadelphia Phillies .

He is a native of Victoria, British Columbia.

He played alongside Chris Sale as a member of the Red Sox during the 2021 MLB Season.
