Reality star known as a contestant on the 32nd season of Survivor , filmed in Koh Rong, Cambodia. He had a reputation as an arrogant personality who considered himself a master strategist. In his time on the show, he tied a record for surviving the most days without attending Tribal Council. He lost 31 lbs. during his time in Cambodia.

He worked as a personal trainer.

He has blogged for Rob Cesternino 's website and podcast network. He competed on the Survivor-themed mini-competition Sequester in May 2020. He has also earned credit as a producer for his role as a co-executive producer on episodes of the show Safehaven.

In November 2020, he announced his engagement to Kaila Frantz. He tied the knot in February 2022.
