ABOUT NATE JAMES
Former shooting guard and coach that played professionally overseas from 2001 to 2008. After retiring in 2008, he began coaching at Duke University as the conditioning coach. He later received his first head coaching job in 2021.
He played collegiate basketball at Duke University up until he graduated in 2001.
As an assistant coach at Duke, he won two NCAA championships and five ACC Tournament championships.
He is a native of Detroit, Michigan.
He was coached by Mike Krzyzewski while attending Duke.
