ABOUT NATASHA ALLEGRI

Writer and comic book artist known for her work on the show Adventure Time, where she's served as the storyboard revisionist. She also created an animated YouTube cartoon called Bee and PuppyCat.

She started drawing comics in high school and continued doing so at the University of Arizona, where she met Adventure Time creator Pendleton Ward.

While working for Adventure Time, she independently created female versions of the main characters, who eventually found their way into the show and then became their own comic.

She's of Bolivian and Japanese heritage.

She's cited Rumiko Takahashi as one of her major influences.
