He started working on his music career in 1990, and it led to his debut release in 1994.

His popular song, "Shake Ya Ass," peaked at #13 Billboard Hot 100 in 2000.

He has a son named Million and a daughter named My'chelle.

He signed to Master P 's label No Limit Records in 1996.
