ABOUT MURRAY ROMAN
Stand-up comedian who was killed in a car crash at the age of forty-four. He was known for his bit making fun of the singer, Bobby Goldsboro 's song Honey, which he refashioned to call The Honey House.
His comedy work was admired by English musician, Keith Moon , who helped him secure a Track Records contract.
He won a 1969 television writing Emmy for his work on the Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour.
He married three times and fathered three children, all of whom were girls.
His comic style has often been compared to that of Lenny Bruce .
