ABOUT MULAN DUONG

Fashion and clothing designer who is known for being the founder and CEO of Melanoir. She specialized in alternative clothing with a gothic style and shares her outfits and creations through Instagram for her over 70,000 followers. She is known for being behind the sewing, modeling, photographing, and shipping for the company.

She first began designing in 2012 and was self taught through trial and error and YouTube videos. In 2013, she started the company Lustful Doll and in 2016 rebranded her image and design, changing the company name to Melanoir in the process.

She and her brand were selected to be featured in the Tarantino themed runway and art show in Providence, Rhode Island in July of 2017.

She was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts.

Gia Ventola and Sonjia Williams are fellow fashion designers who are also from Boston.
